About Me

My work is shaped by the belief that people grow best when they’re seen, challenged, and supported in equal measure. Over two decades in HR and leadership roles  across India, the UK, and Australia have given me a broad lens on how people and organizations evolve.

Shaped by an Armed Forces background, I learned early the value of adaptability, integrity, and perspective, qualities that continue to guide how I approach leadership, coaching, and change.

Alongside my coaching practice, I actively build and nurture spaces that offer shared growth & community. I run WAW (Women at the Workplace) a peer-learning and support network that enables women to navigate workplace challenges, develop leadership confidence, and grow collectively through reflection and dialogue.

Beyond individual coaching and community work, I collaborate with organizations that are deeply invested in leadership and talent development, from established global capability centers (GCCs) to emerging start-ups building people systems for scale. Having worked across both, I understand the pace, and challenges of leading in structured global environments as well as in fast-moving, entrepreneurial contexts.

Deeply curious about the intersection of AI and human potential, exploring how technology can enhance awareness, connection, and decision-making in the way we lead and work. This curiosity continues to shape how I learn, build, and experiment with new ways of enabling growth for individuals, teams, and the systems they’re part of.
